Creator Terms & Conditions

These Creator Terms & Conditions (“Creator Agreement”) govern your use of the Full Time Show Creator Portal as an event host or organiser. By registering as a creator or hosting a show, you agree to be bound by this agreement in addition to our general Privacy Policy.

1. Creator Eligibility

To host shows on FullTimeShow, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate business or personal details during registration
• Verify your account via OTP and complete the creator application process
• Receive approval from the FullTimeShow admin team before hosting events

FullTimeShow reserves the right to reject any creator application without stating a reason.

2. Show Hosting & Content Guidelines

When creating and hosting a show, you agree to:

• Only list genuine events at real venues
• Provide accurate event details — title, venue, date, time, and ticket pricing
• Upload original, non-infringing images for event banners and posters
• Not misrepresent the nature, scale, or exclusivity of your event
• Comply with all applicable venue regulations and local laws
• Hold the rights your event needs — a broadcast or screening licence for screenings, performance and music rights for live acts, and permission from the venue in every case

3. Ticket Pricing & Fees

You may set ticket prices for each pass tier (e.g., General, Premium) when creating a show. All prices must be in Indian Rupees (₹).

FullTimeShow charges a platform commission on each successful ticket sale. The commission rate is communicated during creator onboarding and is detailed in our Revenue Share Policy. You agree that FullTimeShow may deduct this fee from your earnings before processing a payout.

Payments are collected from attendees via Razorpay. You acknowledge that Razorpay's payment gateway fees may apply and will be reflected in your net payout.

4. Payouts

Earnings from ticket sales (after deduction of platform commission and applicable gateway fees) will be disbursed to your registered bank account as per the payout schedule in the Revenue Share Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate bank account details. FullTimeShow is not liable for failed payouts due to incorrect or outdated bank information.

5. Event Cancellations by Creator

If you cancel a confirmed event, all ticket holders are entitled to full refunds. FullTimeShow will initiate refunds to attendees automatically. In such cases:

• No payout will be issued to the creator for the cancelled event
• Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension or termination
• You must notify FullTimeShow at least 48 hours before cancelling a listed event

6. Prohibited Activities

As a creator, you must not:

• List fraudulent, fictitious, or non-existent events
• Sell tickets for events you do not have the right to host, screen or perform
• Engage in price manipulation or ticket scalping
• Use the platform to collect payments and abandon the event
• Discriminate against attendees based on caste, religion, gender, or nationality
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

FullTimeShow reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a creator account for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that harms attendees or the platform's reputation. Pending payouts for legitimate completed events will still be disbursed after an investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

By uploading event banners, posters, and descriptions, you grant FullTimeShow a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes on the platform and associated social media channels. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Taxes & Compliance

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings from Full Time Show, including GST if applicable to your business. FullTimeShow may issue a TDS certificate where applicable under Indian tax law.

10. Governing Law

This Creator Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
