This Privacy Policy applies to creators and organisers using the FullTimeShow Creator Portal. It explains what personal and business data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. For the attendee privacy policy, refer to the main FullTimeShow platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data from creators:

• Account information — Name, email address, phone number, and password (hashed) provided during registration.
• Business details — Business/venue name, city, state, and any details submitted during the creator application.
• Bank account information — Account number and IFSC code provided for payout processing. This is stored securely and used only for disbursements.
• Show data — Events created, pass tiers, ticket prices, banner images, and show descriptions.
• Transaction data — Revenue earned, orders placed, refunds processed, and payout records.
• Usage data — Dashboard interactions, show performance analytics, and platform activity logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process creator applications and onboard approved creators
• To publish your shows and make them available to attendees
• To process ticket sales and calculate your earnings
• To disburse payouts to your registered bank account
• To provide analytics on show performance via your dashboard
• To send show-related notifications and policy updates
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform
• To comply with Indian financial and tax regulations

3. Payment Data & Razorpay

Attendee payments are collected via Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI DSS–compliant payment gateway. FullTimeShow receives payment confirmations (transaction IDs, amounts, status) but does not store attendee card or UPI details.

Creator payouts are processed through Razorpay's payout infrastructure. Your bank account details are shared with Razorpay solely for this purpose, governed by their Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Razorpay — For payment collection and payout processing
• Attendees — Your event name and venue details are shared publicly with ticket buyers
• Legal authorities — When required by law or court order, including tax and financial compliance obligations

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage, and JWT-based authentication. Bank account details are stored with encryption at rest. Access to financial data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

6. Data Retention

Creator account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Transaction and payout records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Indian financial regulations. You may request account deletion, subject to retention requirements for completed transactions.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate details via your account settings
• Request deletion of your account (subject to transaction record obligations)
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Creator Portal after changes constitutes acceptance.
