Revenue Share Policy

This policy explains how creator earnings are calculated, when payouts are disbursed, and what deductions apply. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed via Razorpay.

1. How Earnings Are Calculated

Your net earnings per ticket sale are calculated as:

The specific commission rate applicable to your account is communicated during creator onboarding. Contact us at support@fulltimeshow.in for your current rate.

2. Platform Commission

FullTimeShow charges a platform commission on each confirmed ticket sale. This covers:

• Platform operations and infrastructure
• Customer support for attendees
• Digital ticket generation and QR code delivery
• Marketing and event discovery on the platform

The commission is deducted automatically before your payout is calculated. No additional platform fees are charged beyond the stated commission rate.

3. Razorpay Gateway Fees

Razorpay charges a payment processing fee on each transaction. This fee varies by payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) and is subject to Razorpay's pricing. The applicable fee is deducted from ticket revenue before your earnings are calculated. Refer to Razorpay's Pricing for current rates.

4. Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed as follows:

• Post-event settlement — Payouts for a completed event are initiated within 3–5 working days after the event date, once no refund disputes are open.
• Bank transfer — Funds are transferred directly to your registered bank account via NEFT/IMPS through Razorpay.
• Minimum threshold — A minimum payout amount may apply. Balances below the threshold are carried forward to the next payout cycle.

6. Refund Deductions

If a show is cancelled or refunds are issued to attendees after a payout has been made to you, Full Time Show will recover the equivalent amount from your next payout cycle. You will receive a notification and reconciliation statement for any such deductions.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your creator earnings, including income tax and GST where applicable. FullTimeShow will:

• Deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as required under Indian tax law
• Issue Form 16A / TDS certificates for deducted amounts
• Not be liable for any tax obligations on your behalf beyond mandatory deductions

8. Dashboard & Statements

Your Creator Dashboard provides real-time visibility into ticket sales, revenue, and payout history. You may download payout statements from the dashboard for accounting and tax purposes.
