Submit an application. We verify your details and payout account before you can sell passes.
How long does show approval take?
Usually 24–48 hours. You're notified when your show goes live.
Can I share my event link before it's approved?
Yes. The public link is generated the moment you create the show — copy it from the show page. It starts working when the show is approved.
Managing a show
Why do my edits need approval?
Once a show is live, people book against the details on that page. Changes go to an admin who sees exactly what you changed — including prices and images — before it takes effect.
Can I submit more than one edit at a time?
No. One edit request stays open until it's approved or rejected, then you can submit the next.
Can I edit a show that has already happened?
No. A show closes for editing an hour after its start time, at the same point registration stops.
Can I pause sales without cancelling?
Yes — set the booking status to paused on your show. The page stays up with your status message and no new bookings are taken.
Passes and pricing
How many pass tiers can I have?
As many as you need. Each carries its own price, capacity and perks.
What's the difference between a seat and a table?
Seats are priced per person. Tables are priced per table with a minimum and maximum headcount, and count toward your total capacity at their maximum.
Can I run a free event?
Yes. Mark a tier as free entry — attendees still receive a QR pass, so you get an accurate headcount at the door.
Can I reduce a tier's capacity after selling some passes?
You can lower it, but never below what's already sold — passes that have been bought are never removed by an edit.
At the event
How does entry work?
Open your show, go to Attendees, and scan each QR as people arrive. A pass can only be used once, so a forwarded screenshot fails on the second scan.
Do attendees need to print anything?
No. The QR is in their confirmation email and in their account.
Money
When do I get paid?
After the show, once earnings are settled. Timelines, commission and gateway fees are set out on the revenue share page.
What happens if I cancel my event?
Attendees are refunded, and those refunds are deducted from your settlement. Cancel as early as you can.
Can I run a discount code?
Yes — create promo codes per show from the Promo Codes tab on the show page.
